1:1 Personal Training

Starting at $220 monthly

Semi-Private (2-3 People)
Starting at $35 per person/hr


 

Online Training
Starting at $99/month

With 1:1 training, you get personal attention and dedicated support along with a clear roadmap of what to expect. We design individualized programs for each person, to include mobility, corrective exercise, strength training and conditioning. This option offers the highest level of personalization, support, and accountability.

Final pricing varies based on trainer and traning frequency.

Complete your own program alongside friends and family. Each person receives their own personalized workout plan, with the enjoyment and accountability of training in a small group.

Work out in the comfort of your own home or gym with the convenience of a custom app. Your plan will consist of 2-4 work outs per week, nutrition guidance, and unlimited accountability. This option is great for those who "just need a plan" or have experience working out on their own.
