Kathleen has been teaching Yoga in Richmond for 2 years and has been trained under the Karuna Yoga Teacher Training with a heavy focus in Hatha Yoga.

This class guides you through movement that develops strength and flexibility, along with the connection between mind, body, and breath. The use of blocks and straps are optional.
