How beautiful is this smoothie bowl? This filling & nutrient-dense breakfast (or snack) takes less than 10 minutes! Perfect if you have a few minutes in the morning, or on the weekend.
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt of choice (our non-dairy fave is Forager)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup protein granola (bought from Aldi)
1/2 sliced banana
First, blend together the yogurt and blueberries. Pour into a bowl. Top with the rest. You can add additional seeds, nuts, and fruits, to make this heartier. See? Super easy!
