Hi, friend!
I'm Kati, a prenatal fitness specialist. When I became pregnant with my first baby, I felt lost when it came to exercise...even as a personal trainer! I had seen some super athletic moms, but that really wasn't me. That's why I decided to spend my time learning as much as possible so I could help myself and then help other moms who felt just how I did. That's exactly what I've done for the last 5 years!

I wanted to take my knowledge and help you feel your best during pregnancy and improve your postpartum recovery with just one program.

Not knowing what to do can be frustrating! That's why I'll guide you through 24 weeks of work outs that take less than 30 minutes each day, only 2-4 days per week. It's that simple.

There are numerous programs available for intermediate and athletic moms. Our program is geared for beginners who are tired of being told to spend their pregnancy just sitting and doing nothing.
